Press Release Body: NEW ROCHELLE, NY - Symbio Technologies, Inc., announced today
that two key components of its innovative security-centric computing technology have
been chosen by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) to be part of a
pilot program for its classified networks.

Symbio (www.symbio-technologies.com) has received an order for Symbiont Certified
Network Terminals -- small, stateless desktop devices, also known as \"diskless thin
clients\" -- that connect to networks in place of expensive PCs, and Symbiont Boot
Appliances, which can power, connect and manage up to 250 terminals each.
The purchase followed an extensive 18-month search by the Department of Energy's
Diskless Workstation Taskforce to identify a \"tool kit\" of commercially available
products that would provide the highest level of security while using existing
infrastructure.
Deployment will be coordinated by Energy Enterprise Solutions (EES) of Germantown,
Maryland (www.eesllc.net), the DOE IT services' prime contractor, and its
subcontractor, GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI, www.gtsi.com) of Chantilly, Virginia, a
leading IT infrastructure solutions and services provider to the U.S. government,
and a value-added reseller of Symbio products.
Established by Congress in 2000, NNSA is a semi-autonomous agency within the
Department of Energy responsible for enhancing national security through the
military application of nuclear science. NNSA maintains and enhances the safety,
security, reliability and performance of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile without
nuclear testing; works to reduce global danger from weapons of mass destruction;
provides the U.S. Navy with safe and effective nuclear propulsion, and responds to
nuclear and radiological emergencies in the United States and abroad.

\'The Most Data-Secure Desktop Available\'

Symbio is particularly proud to be selected by NNSA for this pilot project after its
long and thorough search,\" said Lew Tischler, the company\'s CFO and director of
worldwide VAR activities. \"Working closely with EES and GTSI, we knew how important
it was to NNSA to identify and incorporate the most data-secure desktop available,
and that Symbio terminals and boot appliances were an ideal fit.\"

The Symbio solution works on a simple and basic premise: using stateless and
diskless thin clients to create a \"virtual desktop,\" with the operating system,
applications and all data on the server. In this way, just one computer -- the
server -- can be secured much better and more efficiently than hundreds and
thousands of individual PCs.

"Symbio\'s stateless thin client products eliminate data stored on the desktop,
creating a seamless solution with unmatched security and data theft prevention,
while supporting industry-standard remote access techniques provided by Windows
Terminal Services, NoMachine and others,\" said Mr. Tischler.

Symbio\'s components will be used as the desktop for the pilot network, which
includes hardware and software from approximately a dozen vendors. The pilot, Mr.
Tischler said, is expected to be installed before the end of this month.
